RAW SPACE RENTALS
RAW SPACE is an affordable 1,200 sq. ft. uptown art gallery and special events venue.
Located at 2031 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. (7th Ave. Between 121st and 122nd) just a few short blocks from Harlem’s World famous Apollo Theater. Exhibiting art from the African Diaspora in the heart of Harlem and providing a beautiful low cost special event venue for the community.
Rentals include 60 seats, two 6ft tables, a basic PA system with one mic, a video projector, DVD player, blu-ray deck and Wi Fi and a technician. Our resident DJ can be booked for a reasonable rate.

To hold your date(s), you must leave a $200 refundable security/clean-up deposit within three days of completing the form. The deposit is in addition to your rental fee and will be returned at the end of the evening, provided that nothing is damaged and the space is left reasonably clean. If you cancel the date, you will lose the deposit. Your rental fee is due two weeks before the date of your rental. We look forward to serving your event needs!
RATES
Monday thru Thursday
1/2 day (5 hours) $750 • Full day (8 hours) for $1200 • $200 per hour
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
1/2 day (5 hours) $1000 • Full day (8 hours) for $1500 • $250 per hour
Viewing Hours - Tuesday to Thursday, 2:00pm to 7:00pm
Rentable Hours:

Sunday – Thursday, 7am – 10pm (noise curfew)

Friday & Saturday, 7am – 1am (noise curfew)

Discounts for ongoing/multi-day rentals. Call for weekly and monthly rental rates.
There is a 5-hour minimum for Saturday evening rentals (after 5pm).
A DJ (with party lights) is available for $350, for the duration of your event.
