FEES
There is no submission fee. However, you must be an ImageNation Member to submit materials for our review.

DEADLINES
Films are accepted on a rolling basis. However, your film must be submitted by Thursday, April 23 to be considered for the summer outdoor film and music festival.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The filmmaker/entrant grants non-exclusive permission for the on-line exhibition of excerpts of the “film”, at no charge, as content on the imagenationfilmfestival.org and www.imagenation.us websites and on promotional reels and promotional programs. This authorization is for promotional use only.

RIGHTS AND INDEMNIFICATION
The filmmaker/entrant represents and warrants that it owns all copyrights, all other rights and title interest in and to the “film” and has full authority to grant rights herein granted. The filmmaker/entrant further represents that “Imagenation Film Festival” exhibition hereunder shall not violate or conflict with the rights of any other person, firm, & entity.
